Pulwama-Style Suicide Attack on Pakistani Military Convoy : Only a few days ago, Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) hijacked a train and held hundreds of passengers hostage. Now, the BLA has launched another major attack against Pakistan. Recreating a Pulwama-style suicide bombing on a Pakistani military convoy, BLA rammed an explosives-laden vehicle into a military bus today.

The horrific attack took place in Pakistan’s Balochistan province. The military convoy was traveling from Quetta to Taftan. The Pakistani military convoy consisted of 7 buses and 2 other vehicles were heading toward Taftan. A vehicle loaded with IEDs was rammed into one of the military buses, causing a massive explosion.
According to Pakistani military sources, 7 soldiers were killed and 21 injured in the attack. However, the BLA has claimed a much higher death toll. It claimed to have kill nearly 90 Pakistani soldiers in the operation.
The BLA has claimed full responsibility for the attack. Exact location of this attack was Noshki, approximately 150 kilometers from Quetta. After this attack, the Pakistani military has deployed helicopters and drones in the area.
Majeed Brigade, a suicide squad of the BLA carried out this attack. Out of the eight buses in the Pakistani military convoy, one was completely destroyed. After the initial attack, the BLA’s Fateh Squad reportedly surrounded another Pakistani military bus. They opened fire indiscriminately on the soldiers inside. It resulted in numerous casualties.
