Mumbai : Ajit Pawar has taken a lead of 3,623 votes in the first round in Baramati. Ajit Pawar has received 9,291 votes while Yugendra Pawar has received 5,668 votes. Meanwhile, in Yeola, Chhagan Bhujbal is trailing. Similarly, NCP’s Nawab Malik is also trailing in Anushakti Nagar. In Nandgaon, Bhujbal’s nephew who had rebelled is also trailing. Zeeshan Siddiqui is also trailing.
By today afternoon, the picture will be clear whether the Mahayuti will retain power or if the Maha Vikas Aghadi will come to power.
Out of 9,70,25,119 voters, 6,40,88,195 voters exercised their right to vote on November 20. The voter turnout was 66.05%. The fate of 4,136 candidates from 158 small and large parties and independents will be decided today.
