Pune BPO Employee Murder Caught on Camera: A shocking incident of workplace violence turned fatal in Pune’s Yerawada area when a 28-year-old woman was attacked with a cleaver by her colleague at a prominent company’s premises. The victim, identified as Shubhada Shankar Kodare, succumbed to her injuries during treatment.
The Yerawada Police have arrested Krishna Satyanarayan Kanojia (30) in connection with the murder. A viral video of the incident shows the accused wielding a cleaver while the victim lies injured on the ground, surrounded by a large crowd of onlookers who failed to intervene.

According to police investigations, the murder stemmed from a financial dispute. Shubhada had borrowed money from Krishna multiple times, citing her father’s illness. Recently, Krishna discovered that she had fabricated the reason for borrowing money and had been demanding repayment. When Shubhada kept avoiding returning the money, an enraged Krishna attacked her with a cleaver in the company premises on Tuesday.
During the attack, the grievously injured Shubhada attempted to make a phone call, but the accused snatched her phone away. The viral footage shows numerous bystanders watching the incident without attempting to stop the attacker. Only after Krishna dropped the cleaver did people rush forward and assault him.
The Yerawada Police Station has registered a case, and the accused remains in custody. Both the victim and the accused were colleagues working at the same company in the Yerawada police station jurisdiction.
